This season we will build on last year’s coverage bring you full coverage of every Grand Prix of the year. Coverage will once again evolve through-out the 2016 season bringing more in-depth coverage.
Race Weekends
On a Monday before the race we will bring you a preview of the weekend this will include an overview of the circuit and race information. We will also remind you of what happened at the race last year (or when it last took place) and classic races from yester years.
Throughout the weekend we will bring you reports of at least one of Fridays practice sessions, Saturday’s Qualifying and Sunday’s race. We will also publish results of Qualifying and the Race. In social media we will bring you some of the teams and drivers tweets and images as well as your tweets.
Notebook
This will provide extra analysis of the day’s action and what we have learned through the day on track. We will also use tweets and transcripts to bring you what people are saying about the weekend.
Five Facts
Five Facts will return also as a series on Facebook and across social media. This will give you interesting facts about the race and the place its taking place
Testing
Every test will have a summary and analysis via our ‘Testing Notebook’ series or in F1 Today.
F1 Today
Every weekday we will bring you the latest news and analysis of the day’s events. This will cover drivers, teams, politics and business and explore the day’s events from a global perspective.
This is our flagship evening news round up where we bring together reports from media around the world and from the press offices. When we can we will try to bring the stories throughout the day via Facebook, Twitter and our website.
Reporters
Every Sunday we will bring you a weekly roundup of some of the best and most interesting stories from the week. Occasionally we may look to bring you a series of reports to highlight a story which has been high on the agenda at the moment in the sport.
Tales from the vault
Throughout the year we will bring you stories from years gone by. These can be stories about drivers teams, races and other defining moments in the history of the sport.
Features and special reports
Like last year we will bring you features about the sport. These will cover bigger stories and bring deeper understanding to Formula One and global events which affect the sport. Last year we looked at the impact of the shooting down of MH17, Eurozone crisis and the Arab Spring. A This is something we will continue throughout 2016.
