Tost told Formula1.com in an exclusive interview that the current rumours have suggested they may buy back Lotus.

He said “Yes, they have visited us in Faenza and Bicester but in the last weeks it has been quiet, so I assume that they have decided to buy another team. He told ESPN “I love motorsport, all the categories, and it is true that Formula One is not exactly the same, or as exciting as it was in the past – at least to me – to drive the cars two or three seconds faster than GP2 car.”

He added that involvement in the Honda project is a huge motivation and a fantastic project that I am in right now with McLaren-Honda.

Cleverer Williams – Bottas

Valtteri Bottas says he is confident that Williams has got more “clever” after the lead they had earlier on at the British Grand Prix. After Bottas and team-mate Felipe Massa were told to hold position early on but when they were given the OK to race there tyres had gone off.

In there first stops both cars lost out to Mercedes slipping to fourth and fifith.
