Mexico first held a Grand Prix in the 1960\u2019s at this circuit named after the after the racing drivers Ricardo and Pedro Rodr\u00edguez. Ricardo was killed at the non-championship race in 1962 and Pedro was killed in a sports car race at the Norisring in 1971.<\/p>\n<p>The circuit has a mix of long straights and fast corners which gives some great over taking opportunities for drivers. One of the eye conic sections of this circuit is Foro Sol stadium where the circuit goes through. Watching last year\u2019s race when Sergio Perez went through the stadium and with Esteban Gutierrez back on the grid it will only add to the drama and excitement of the fans.<\/p>\n<p>This race looks to have a strong future as we saw last year with record crowds and seeing the stadium roar has lead organisers to add more tickets and seats for this year\u2019s race! Rosberg took control of the race making some good passes and with Ferrari\u2019s Sebastian Vettel crashing out of the race allowed him to take second in the championship.
