Built on a swap in the early 2000\u2019s the circuit which is made up of long straights and fast flowing corners like in Bahrain.<\/p>\n<p>The circuit has a mix of long fast flowing corners and the lay out is based around the Shang character in the alphabet which the city is named after. The circuit starts with a very technical turns 1-4 which sees cars turn in and out of two tricky corners before a long straight. Ferrari looked strong as well but still couldn\u2019t manage to out race the Mercedes.
