You know, flat out, just completely confused. Me and Gasly raced hard into Turn 4. Before, we had slight contact, we both missed the corner, came back on track again, no damage to either car, no consequence to the race of either of us, and I get a 10-second penalty,&#8221; Magnussen said.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s not known if the team will appeal or call in 2025 driver Ollie Bearman for Baku. Bearman stood in for Carlos Sainz at Jeddah, as the Spaniard was recovering from appendicitis but it would mean missing another F2 race.<\/p>\n<p>Haas was able to leave Zandvoort after former sponsor Uralkali confirmed receipt of a refund payment believed to total $9 million and an F1 car. The team has been visited by bailiffs on Thursday after they missed a July deadline for the refund of a cancelled sponsorship agreement<\/p>\n<p>Following a Swiss arbitration court hearing in June, it was ruled that Haas should refund Uralkali part of its sponsorship payment made for 2022, prior to its title deal being cancelled in the wake of Russia&#8217;s invasion of Ukraine, with a Formula 1 car also promised to the company.<\/p>\n<p>While the court stated that Haas was within its rights to terminate the deal, it also said that the American-owned squad could only keep a portion of the $13 million sponsorship balance paid for the campaign. It ordered the team to repay the money after the deal was terminated on 4<sup>th<\/sup> March 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Uralkali took action having not received the payment or car by the July deadline and, while they let Haas race at Zandvoort, the court order meant the team could not move their freight on to Italy until confirmation of the payment had been given. Its understood that the payment was made into an account in the Middle East after Haas had been concerned making a direct payment would be in breach of sanctions placed on Russian businesses.<\/p>\n<p>That came early on Monday afternoon when Uralkali released a statement that they had informed the Dutch courts that they had now taken receipt of the payment as well as the car, as well as summing up what the Russian company offers their consumers. an account in the Middle East after Haas had been concerned making a direct payment would be in breach of sanctions place on Russian businesses.<\/p>\n<h4>Race review<\/h4>\n<p>This championship, one which looked easy for Red Bull is now looking not so easy as we expected them to bounce back instead it was Charles Leclerc who took victory for the second time at Monza. They never looked comfortable sure teams have off weekends but to go from winning four of the first races with dominant wins to not winning the last five races their has to be something wrong.<\/p>\n<p>That has allowed McLaren to get within eight points in the constructors, and we are going to Baku next while it is a street circuit its similar to Monza with its high speed and downforce nature.
